We can exchange any item within 14 days of you receiving it, as long as we have the item and the size you want in stock. The item we originally sent you must be returned to us in it's original, brand new, condition. If we no longer have the item in the size you would like to exchange it for you can choose another item of equal value to the price you paid for the original item. Stained or worn items cannot be returned. If you do send back an item in this condition, we will not be responsible for the cost of returning these items to you.

All of our items have washing instructions on the care label. You should follow these instructions when washing your Key Street products to ensure longevity.
We always recommend COLD washing all cotton goods and line drying them in the shade.
Unfortunately, if it's sold out, it might well be sold out for good. We don't always restock items on our online store once they sell out. So you have to be quick!
